Booking
TO BOOK
First, please complete the consultation form prior to booking to confirm medical suitability and brow preferences. We will reach out to you to coordinate your appointment within 24hrs.
Late Arrival/No-SHOW
Punctuality is vital for high-quality results. Arriving more than 15 minutes past your appointment time will result in cancellation and loss of your deposit/voucher.
Deposits are non-refundable. Failing to appear or canceling or rescheduling within the 48-hour window results in a total loss of deposit/voucher.
DEPOSIT
A $50 deposit is required to finalize your booking. All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable per studio policy. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Your deposit will be fully applied toward the final cost of your service on the day of your treatment.
Touch-Up Rule
Touch-up appointments must be completed within the recommended time frame 6-8 weeks for best results. Touch-ups are priced separately and are not included in the initial service fee. If a touch-up is missed or delayed beyond the suggested window, it may be treated as a new service and additional fees may apply.
